C H I C K E N N U G G E T S . . . A few of you have asked me to post the recipe for the homemade chicken nuggets I posted last night, so here's what I did to make them! . Ingredients Panko breadcrumbs Chicken thighs deboned Cornflour Salt and pepper . . Chop the chicken thighs into small chunks about 5cm big. In a bowl, mix 2-3 tbsp of cornflour with the same amount of water and mix. In another bowl, tip out half a pack of panko and season well with salt and pepper. Coat each piece of chicken in the cornflour, then dip it in the panko breadcrumbs and make sure it's coated well and covered. You can skip the cornflour mixture if you're allergic to corn and just coat the chicken in panko but it may not stick as well! Place the breaded chicken on a greased baking tray and bake at gas mark 6 for about 20-30 minutes or until they're golden brown and cooked through.
