Munchkin's first ever ice cream cone

When you have a child with food allergies and intolerances, you feel like they miss out on a lot of the wonderful things other kids get to eat. So todsy, when the munchkin had her first ever ice cream cone, at the age of 2 1/2, I had to take photos to remember it. Her little face as she licked the creamy ice cream, the numerous "mmmm" and "this is the best ice cream in the world mummy!" made me so happy. For a child who didn't really eat solids until she was 1 1/2, she's come a long way. At one point I thought she'd never willingly eat anything. Now that she enjoys eating, I'm so happy that supermarkets are selling more and more free from foods so she can enjoy the sweet treats other kids her age get to eat! 

So here's to remembering the little milestones!
