Exciting times ahead!

Maybe a little premature, but we've decided to finally put the flat on the market and look for a new home! Keeping the flat tidy for viewings with a 1 year old (and a husband who seems to have forgotten what wardrobes are for!) is going to be a challenge, but after a few busy days of painting, tidying and cleaning (and hammerite spray paint all over my arms and hair!) the place is finally presentable! I don't think it's been this tidy since we moved in! Fingers crossed we get some offers ASAP as I've already seen somewhere I want to buy! I'm hoping what attracted us to this place will attract another couple or family. For the price you'd never find a 3 double bed house in this area... it's a perfect starter family home!
